No. If you order it from a legal retailer, and pay them with real money, and don't ask them to ship drugs or weapons inside the game case, your legally in the right.

Yeah, I've imported quite a few times myself, there's no harm in it. Of course, the publishers'd rather you wait for an official release in your region, but still there's nothing illegal about importing. Doesn't matter if it's from ebay or anywhere else.

What's this nonsense of importing from Ebay is illegal. As long as the games are real then its not illegal. I buy a lot from Ebay, mostly from the US or UK, though you have to know the right sources. One advice... DON'T buy from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, 90% of those games are illegal bootleg... One or 2 sellers from Hong Kong are reliable though but I don't give any names around here of course. If you want import tips just send me a PM
