We'll see, but....but I have a hard time believing the PC version will top 500,000 sold. |
I paid $25 here in Brazil for the PC (Steam) version of RE remake 2, so I think it will sell well here.
What will sell more opening week? RE2 or KH3? | |||
| Resident Evil 2 | 15 | 35.71% | |
| Kingdom Hearts III | 27 | 64.29% | |
| Total: | 42 | ||

Dragon Quest 11 sold like 100k-200k and Hitman 2 sold like 300k on Steam, and those were considered failures on ALL platforms ...
It's ignorant to think that REmake 2 can't do 500k on PC.
Resident Evil 2 because it RE. But i think majority of sales will be digital. Has a KH game ever outsold a mainline RE game?
I'm sure I'm out of touch with reality but I feel like a lot of the Kingdom Hearts audience has moved on. I hear a lot of people saying they wait for a sale. Personally, I'm not excited for it at all.
Maybe i am underestimating KH but i think RE2 will outsell it slightly
Edit, Thought about something. If first week for RE2 is Friday-Sunday while KH3 is Tuesday-Sunday then KH3 will probably sell more

I'd be shocked if it wasn't KH3, in Japan KHs should double RE's numbers.
Kingdom hearts 3 is the best selling game on amazon uk currently, so I'm not sure what the op means. KH3 will have a pretty sizable lead on RE2 LT
KH3 wins the poll.
first sales from japan: Kingdom Hearts 3 number 1, RE2 Remake number 2.
