I'm also jumping in this bandwagon and since Texas is the best state in the U.S. of A. I figured it should have its own thread cuz Texas rules America.

Anyway, I personally think that Texas is badass. We have competitive football at all levels, a gigantic number of football stars come from Texas. We also are big and our steaks are amazing. Texas girls are hotter than anywhere else and this is perhaps the only place where you can find true blondes unlike in the other wanna be states (cough california cough). Also we have christian values and we're an admirable conservitative state that helps balance out our country from being a liberal fest thanks to states like California and Florida. Finally, we rock c uz we're the only state that at some point was an independent country and if war were to break loose, we could become our own nation and dominate the area. That is all!

Well I know George Bush and Chuck Norris are from there, so I have conflicting emotions.

Been there and liked it a lot... don´t care who comes from there realy... now that I have seen No Country for old Men I don´t think I want to go back though.... and not because I´m an old man...

I lived in San Antonio for a while. What I remember most is the heat (I think the Sun hangs out in Texas) and the biggest friggin rabbits I have ever seen. If someone told me those were kangaroo, I'd have believed them.
