I just received, acknowledged and excepted information from makingmusic pertaining to the lack of Killzone 2 release dates.  Do you have links to a thread in which I have posted information pertaining to the PS3 which I clearly know to be false.  Yes or no?

Read what you wrote very carefully.  As you said, there are about 10 members of the SDF that follow me from thread to thread labelling everything I said, regardless of subject matter or merit as groundless and calling me a fanboy.  They rarely offer alternate logic, just bitch that mine is wrong.

Here is a case in point.  I offered a response to the OP, and a further point for discussion.  10-15 people posted without acknowledging my point of discussion until you, BCNR34 and CaptainPreferences said things like:

2009 for me is actually a mystery. Not like the past 3 years, we know what our the big games going out for Nintendo, Sony and MS. Of course, except for the surprise Wii Sports phenomenon. So 2009 is still a tossup but the console race should be decided by Holiday 2008. So whoever wins big this Holiday, will have the best 2009 lineup.

It will be about as good, maybe better. It kind of depends on when those titles that could come out in either 2008 or 2009 actually come out.

Ok. I've been reading this thread the past ten or so minutes and it has seriously degraded into a flamewar. Starcraft, the only reason you really give a shit about any PS3 games is to see wether the 360 line-up is better or not for the sake of bragging rights and everyone else is retarded for taking the bait. Stop trolling it's really annoying and everyone else see past that crap and don't engage in an argument.

 let me guess? no cause probably most games will be delayed as always. the only games i'm waiting for are afrika, eight days, heavy rain and la noire if we are talking about ps3 exclusives. you can add some jrpgs to my list if there will be good ones(not ff8 kind of jrpgs).

There is just as high a possibility Sony moneyhats those sites. Lets not forget Sony snuck DRM into CD's without telling people, and made laptop batteries that blow up. Don't pretend they are ethically untouchable.

LOL.  The decision to use DRM is the legit choice of the rights-holding company.  The problem was that the implementation sucked.

No major computer manufacturer switched to another battery supplier. 

Funny you bring up flaws in CE products. 

PS3 failure rate: < 1%. 

360 failure rate > 16%. 

Yeah yeah, how bout we all remember your FUD definition of AAA from now to forever?  Even by aggregate game scores, PS3 will be ahead by end of gen.  Put that in your sig as a quote, hmm?  360 has a year's more games under its belt, and therefore your sig is ignorant FUD.

I'm not SDF, btw, so don't try to write your critics off so quickly.  I started posting here in large part becasue I could not let a human being continue to be wrong so often without calling him out.

It's really weird to know so many games for 2009... isn't it? I remember when people thought some of those games were going to be out in 2007.

What happened to Prototype that 08 or 09?

But yeah... i'd say better... sales wise anyway

FF13 and GT5 should be MGS and GTA (PS3 only)

If you mean in terms of games to play....

No, Battlefield of the Valkrie and Little Big Planet far far far outshine any of those games in my personal opinion. (As will the SRW PS3 game, that i believe is set for 08 release.)

Personal opinion being the only thing we can base it off of if we aren't going by the numbers.

It is also likely that Insomniac will release a game in 2009, maybe another Ratchet & Clank title. They tend to release a game every year.
