Forums - Microsoft - Does anyone have Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom + XBL?

I just (finally) got XBL via a ICS on my Laptop, and am looking to get in to Online Multiplayer games after a 5+ year hiatus.

How many people on here have KUF:CoD, and want to go online for some monster slaying? From what I've heard, Circle of Doom is pretty entertaining if you have 4p Co-Op, and I can easily get access to a copy of it. So is anyone up for it?

Also, for anyone that knows: what kind of speeds do you *need* for reliable XBL play online for a non-shooter-type game?

I have KUF: CoD but haven't played it much yet... I also have Live... I would be in to playing but you'd have to deal with my early incompetance until I get the total hang of the game.

Live will work on a standard cable or DSL network just fine. Internally, a good wireless or wired connection are almost not distinguishable.

Thats good to know.

KUF:COD is very easy to get the hang of. Hopefully we can get 2 others interested, and maybe set up a 4p Online game.

I'll get some practice in ASAP...

The playstation forum has a bi-weekly warhawk league, so why don't we have a league? (I don't know, halo3? since everyone has it?) Or COD4, but I don't have that, i'm only renting it this week :'-(

We could do that. But I'm more interested in trying out a niche RPG, that from what I've heard, has one of the best Online Multiplayer modes that no one has heard of.

Well, from what i've played (the demo) it seems overcomplicated.

It's not. It's fairly easy to follow...Just about the same difficulty of Marvel: Ultimate alliance, but with more killing.

The reviewers seem to think this is the bright point of the game. I really want to give it a try...

The actual user reviews of the game on Multiplayer are pretty positive.
