1. Will you buy an Xmote if it comes out this year?
It depends. Is there going to be a lot of software available? Can I play already released shooters with it? How much does it cost? Is it bundled with one of my 360 must-haves this year?

2. Do you own the 360 only or do you own other consoles? Does the fact that you own a Nintendo Wii affect your decision?
I own a 360 next to my Wii, and yes, the fact that I own a Wii affects my decision. I quite love my little remote :P It plays good.
As a side note: I think traditional dual-stick controls for FPS'es work fine. The only thing that's better with Wii controls is the accuracy, for comfort I would take any of them.

3. If you won’t buy one, and the Xmote is bundled with a game that is extremely fun to play, e.g. Banjo 3 or Halo Wars, which revolutionizes remote play, will you now buy one or still wait and see.
If it's bundled with a game I already plan to buy I won't not buy the game because it has the remote.

4. If you still won’t buy one, what has to change or will nothing 'sway' you at all? :)
Say the remote completely screws up the gameplay quality of the game I buy with it, I wouldn't trust MS in building such a device ever again. And besides that, with MS launching this, they confirm Nintendo has won the gen, if not this gaming era.

well, no need to say that....Microsoft is worthless regarding "originality"......
but what can this thing do, Xbox360 was not initially created for this type of gaming, so it cannot reach as far as the Wiiremote......

Nintendo doesn't own the patents on the technology. Some company in California does IIRC.

i would get the reason why the wii is doing so well is cause it is simple.too much buttons confuse normal people it is not for hardcore gamers it is for everyone

Not sure. It depends if a) it actually exists b) the price of the unit and c) the support the control gets.

HELL NO. I don't support Copy cats. I think this is a pathetic way to say "Nintendo was right, so We'll just have to copy them to make more money!!!". I also agree with the people saying that it won't be implemented well and that it's not a default controller. They have already copied enough from Nintendo (Compare their controller to the GameCube one). It also looks gimmicky like the Eyetoy. It's probably just going to suck and it just pisses me off that Microsoft says "Me Too" to everything.

BTW, I have a Wii and 360, so I'm not just trolling

I will most likely not purchase it.
