Do you think  if the wii version sells okay. Capcom will decide to make a sequel for the wii?

Can´t say,though isn´t the original team gone?

Yes,but I think they can make it without Clover Studious.

I dont thinks so because like ^jagrret said, but it is Capcom and we know how they love to whore out the sequels.

-UBISOFT BOYCOTT!-

Nope.

it won't sell well. I don't think the will make there money back, and it's guaranteed that they won't make it back if they start from scratch on a new one.

It's a great game. To bad so few people will ever experience it.

Maybe. If it really exceeds expectations.

@JGarret

Yeah, the original team (Clover) split but that doesn't mean Capcom can't do an Okami 2 by themselves. They're doing RE5 without Mikami fine. And maybe, just MAYBE if Clover takes notice of Okami Wii sales they might go to Capcom (temporarily, of course) to make Okami 2 but I'm not sure if that would happen... =/

 No, Clover didn#t like Capcom. That's why they left, they felt that working with bigger studios gave them less flexibility in their games. That's why the new studio they've opened is called Seeds, as in, going back to their roots.

Has this Seeds studio revealed any game(s) they´re working on?

Well, Capcom can make it without them either way but I'm not so sure it'd be as good.

Sadly, here is the rub. Capcom was right. If Clover was given 100% freedom to make whatever they wanted, they would have made an amazing game that no one would have bought (kind of what they did).

Games have to make money, or they can't be made.

 I don't think so. Though I know that they are currently working on something, under the name of "PlatinumGames"

Possible never. Okami will stay a diamond underneath the tons of games;

It is sad because the end of okami was very open and had a 'see you in n°2 feeling'.
