They do that with every game. It happened with both God of Wars, FFXII, Crisis Core, blah, blah, blah, etc. Any game that has a strategy guide, if you buy it and the game you get 10 percent off.

I buy based on this order...ebay, walmart, Gamestop/Gamecrazy.

But now I know.

I focus on Ebay because most of the time I buy and sell on there and save a ton of cash in the process. I have purchased/sold about 15 Wii games so far and only bought 5 in stores. Wii Play/Zelda at original purchase because I had to have games on day one. Then Galaxy and now Mario Kart because I wanted them at launch.

Other than that: MoHHeroes 2, Godfather, Excite Truck, MP3, Madden 2008, Zack & Wiki, Resident Evil 4, ... and others have all been purchased off ebay. After I finish them they get sold there again.
