In the same way all PS3 and 360 games are 1080p.  Meaning they can "display" a 1080p picture.  Ufortunately, neither console is capable of rendering high-physics games, let-alone open world games, in 1080p.

USE THE BLU RAY DISC TO ITS POTENTIAL.....

It's because of the Blu-Ray Discs lower read speed that these installs are becoming mandatory.  You realize that many of these huge game sizes that Sony keeps talking about come from developers having to duplicate the SAME DATA on different parts of the Blu-Ray disc to increase read speeds?

Yes I am sure this whopping 3MB save file is because of low blu-ray read speeds.

Then the thread should have just said it requires no install.  3 MB is obviously the save file and wording it like he did just results in people who have no idea what they are talking about complaining about it having an install.

Wait a minute, is "Motion Sensitive" being used in GTAIV?

Off Topic:
In PS3 COD4, can you use the motion sensitive to lean around corners?
That a big plus I see with this technology on first person shooters.

I should have been clearer.  I was responding to the numerous posts stating that their probably WILL be a mandatory or optional install, in addition to the 3MB required to save.
