Is this about 100 pounds cheaper than the PS3 version?

I doubt that Sony have exclusive rights to a GTAIV bundle, but if they do, Microsoft can simply pay retailers to advertise this out the front of their store? 

It's similar to the price of a Wii.

Furthermore, if you eliminate UK's 17.5% VAT, it's $336 in US dollars. The 360 is now cheaper in Europe than in USA.

WOW!  I think this could do VERY well.  The fact of the matter is, once one decently sized retailer fixes together a bundle, they all have to do it to be competitive, regardless of whether it's official.  Could be a nice way for MS to save money, by not having to eat the bundle cost themselves.  

Plus this will be available launch day, whereas we keep hearing the PS3 one might not be.

It won't hinder 360 sales for GTA that's for sure. If you are cash strapped (like most people are) and feel you must play GTA, this will definitately look attractive.

I reckon. You can get a Premium 360 with the definitive version of GTAIV, and two OTHER blockbuster games from an already better library compared to the incomplete PS3 version of GTAIV and the console alone for the same price.

well, you only get the "incomplete" version with the 360 aswell .. but you'll be able to complete the 360 version (although I highly doubt it's more than some side-quests) after some month of waiting for the dlcs

If this is the price for the 360 PRO pack - how much will the Arcade pack + GTA cost? 170 pounds? Getting down to a decent price.

Its really make or break time for the 360. If the sales don't take off with GTA + price cut - they never will.

Seeing as how you have to pay for the DLC anyway, I think it's funny how people are talking about which version is 'complete'.
