#549 I literally heard this morning, again, that the "official" bundle will not be available on launch day (more like weeks later). So I'd still say it isn't confirmed, but still possible. One thing is for sure... the bundle itself is 150% confirmed, along with it being exclusive to the PS3. Absolutely 0 information about a U.S. bundle either way.

So the bundle will not be available on launch?? Doesn't that seem a bit silly? As if it was available on launch it would more than likely drive Hardware sales!

Whether it will be available at launch is still up for debate as you can see from later posts. But he says what is "150% confirmed" is that its real and is PS3 exclusive.

lol no seriously, that would be kinda funny.

A GTA IV/PS3 bundle would be a huge boost to playstation sales. I imagine the majority of people still associate GTA with PS so a bundle would reinforce that image thus negating any advantage ms might have gained.

If it's not coming on launch day it's pointless, most of GTAIV's sales will be week 1. I guess Sony isn't too confident they'll grab a large share of GTAIV sales without bundles.

french site are also talking about the UK bundle.
they have tried to contact Sony France, but they get a "no comment"
they have tried to contact some "retailers friends", and they only get :

"an interesting offer is coming soon"

... no word for a potential the Xbox360 bundle. I still believe it mays appear too.
