I'm sure it's only a matter of time, but I haven't seen any DDR on upcoming release charts. Konami has one on every current gen system, I believe, so they might just be waiting to see who comes out ahead before putting out more.
If you get a PS3 with BC, there are at least 4 DDR games out for PS2. I recommend trying Supernova 2 and staying the hell away from Supernova 1 at all costs.

Well, Konami makes the DDR games. A quick check of their website shows they just released a couple greatest hits compilations on the PS2, but there is nothing on the horizon.
Well they just released one on 360 last December I think. I would expect at least two more for this year on various consoles.

I think the Wii got one last fall too. It is a bit too quick to come out with another, me thinks.

The only current gen console without one is the PS3, so one would assume that would be next.
I have all the ps2 ones, hottest party for the Wii and Mario mix for the GC and have say they are all pretty good. Supernova 2 is a standout, Hottest Party is very good, though I disable the hand markers sometimes. Both ddr max's and extremes are pretty strong as well.
So if you are waiting for a new one to come out, you might want to try one of these. I would agree the supernova 1 is the weakest in the series.
well i don't expect one really soon unless they port one to the ps3 or something. DDR's main platform should be the wii this gen and the hottest party is still selling very well, it has amazing legs. It was just released in Europe, so I wouldn't expect anything for quite a while.

on wii how do you disable the handmarkers? that is how i lose alot of points and want them gone just need to know how to get rid fo the hand markers.....
