Nope. I bought the 360 because it has the games that I like (lots of them). Simple as that. If I had a wii I'd only have brawl, galaxy and kart. 3 games aren't enough to get me to purchase a console.

Note my personal preference doesn't equate to an attack on the wii. 

I gave in and bought a 360 because I couldn't find a Wii. I play the Wii now more then the 360 because of the great Nintendo games and the few great 3rd party games. I enjoy my 360 but I can only play so many shooters before I get bored. Other than Eternal Sonata all my 360 games involve shooting something.

30% yes 70% no... I just don't like to buy Wii because I wanted the higher ends. Another thing why I didn't like it is because there are only a few games on the wii that really caught my eye.

i got a wii myself (was my birthday in the same month it came out here). I even got pranked by my mother because she said she couldn't find one while she did had one . ooh that was a good one, i really wanted the wii badly simply because fps and racing (except mario kart, thats great) really isn't my stuff on a console. The wii seemed fun to me with the wiimote and everything. Yes i did get some comment about it being kiddy, but i didn't let that stop me.

I'm buying a PS3 to sit next to my Wii because I like shiny graphics that complement my new HDTV. I bought that thing 3 months ago and I have still not had an HD source (except my pc) from which to watch HD programming.

To tell you the truth the games available for the Wii (while fun) right now are miles different than for the PS360 and I wouldn't want to game only on the Wii, since games similar to GTA, GT and MGS will never arrive on the Wii....

Bought a 360 because I couldn't afford a PS3 and there wasn't a damn good game out for it at the time, plus I hadn't had any interest in the Nintendo since the 64. Sold my 360 for a PS3 and didn't buy a Wii because there weren't any anywhere, and I really wanted to have Home and Metal Gear Solid 4. Now, in retrospect, I'm very satisfied with my PS3 and know that if I bought a Wii (which there are now dozens of them at my local Wal-Mart), I'd have played through the 1st party apps that I've always loved and the poor little box would be buried under a dune of dust (well, other than my *ahem* other uses for a system with internet access).

PS3 with BC was being phased out in Europe, so I bought it sooner than I wanted to.
I can then play the PS2 games I missed and I wanted to play.
Also, the PS3 is region free, so it was a big appeal to me.

Blood and Gore does not equal mature, not past highschool anyways..

Seriously, once you actually grow up you realize that there's nothing wrong with just having fun.

I haven't yet bought any next-gen console because they are way too expensive, the way i see it :

PS3 best value for your money, but it's way too much money

Wii, may not be as expensive, but come on? It's a gamecube 1.5!! And there's a weird mix of great and awfully mediocre games

Xbox, overall a good compromise between price and value, but i just don't like it

Also, my TV is crap, so why spend money on HD?? For now I stick to my PS2 and I'll wait until the ps3's price drops once or twice more, I'm going to need one for FFXIII..

Also, I'll probably leave Europe in about 6 months, so I'll go crazy as soon as I don't have to pay in Euros... lol

I bought my PS3 because it is the best console for what I want.

It's also the most value for money out of the 3.

i don't want a wii because its not my taste. but i do enjoy playing it once in a while with a bunch of friends at my friend's place :)
i don't think wii owners are immature, different ppl hav different taste. It makes the world more interesting, peace
