I'd dump Windows tomorrow if I could game on Linux. That comes after loving Windows 7--but then Windows 10 showed me why I should never place any trust in Microsoft. They are a company that is only ever thinking of their own goals. Windows has such a monopoly that they don't even have to hide it, as seen with "Windows as a service." My PC is no longer mine, it belongs to Microsoft and they can do anything they want with it. At the very least, I want them to have some competition so they can at least pretend to give a damn about what the customer wants.
