Hmm, I get the impression that Android 21 is a new character exclusively for this game, and I gotta say, I really like her design. I'll throw her in the list of characters I'd like to try drawing some time. I'd def try playing as her too.

She looks so out of place standing next to 16. I don't know her design doesn't work for me. She looks too fanfictiony, I think it's the dress or her hair.
