The Detriot vs Dallas game is at the end of the first period currently. Detroit is up 2 to 0. I hate both teams with a burning passion, but i hope Dallas eats shit in this series.

You got your wish!........also is it a divisional thing?

Ya, since i'm a Sharks fan i obsolutely hate every other team in the Pacific Division, especially the Ducks & the Stars. Right now i hate the Stars the most since they knocked us out. I'm a bit passionate

4-2 Pittsburgh........1 period left............I hope they hold on.

And Evgeni Malkin gets the first shorty of his career.

The Pens have now won 13 straight at the Igloo.

13 straight........damn that's impressive. Does that streak stretch back to March?

Correction, it's actually 15 straight at home. God, these playoffs are actually making up for last season's debacle.

Well, last season was a learning experience. I never saw this myself, being too young, but many people have told me the Penguins remind them of the Oilers in the 80's.......they had to learn how to lose, before they learned how to win. They may or may not win this year........but regardless, with Crosby/Malkin, and the rest of the young team.........I can see you guys competing for a long time, and being favourites most of those years (just don't go on the cover of SI, lol).

Looking more and more likely that Detroit & Pittsburgh are gonna win their respective series, both are up 2 to 0.

Yeah, my Dallas prediction isn't looking too hot. I rode them through the first two ronds, and thought they'd take me a litle further. They improved a good deal in Game 2, so we'll se how they play at home.

As for the SI cover jinx - the American sports media likes to pretend hockey doesn't exist, so no worries there.

Flyers just cant seeto get a good passing game out of their zone, way too many neutral zone turn overs. Hopefully a switch of venues will help them back into the series.

Boy, both Pittsburgh and Detroit look so damn dominant.............it'll be great to see them head to head in the finals (hope I just didn't jinx it).
