Forums - Gaming - Boundary Break - interesting series on YouTube exploring game worlds

I found this awesome series on YouTube quite a while ago, not sure how many other people have heard of it though, so I thought I'd share it :D Boundary Break is a series that basically explores games, using no-clip mods, so you can fly around in space and see whatever you want. Whether it be from a bird's-eye view, or behind an unopenable door, or even underneath the ground. I think that it really gives some insight into how polished some games can be, or decisions made by certain developers to move away from certain themes or content pieces.

Saw this video on BotW in the series and had to share it! There are some fairly major location and enemy spoilers, though. I like how Nintendo constructed the world using water height mapping, texture re-use and what the low-poly world, which is usually always far away of course, looks like close up.

Around the Network

Sounds like the name of a porno.

It's a very good series though, I like it a lot.

Yeah, I've seen a few videos of his. I love seeing things of the developmental stage like that. I think you'd really like this site then, if you like seeing content on the disc that wasn't used in the final game:
