Hum... I guess I will keep the half ass approach to fitness then...
RIP both.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I wonder if the YOLO lifestyle is really worth it.

Bodybuilding as a "sport" is pretty stupid when you realize these guys are hurting themselves on a daily basis when taking into consideration the retarded amount of steroids that they have to use to get to 300-350lbs of pure muscle and sub 5% fat.

Rich Piana publicly said that he suffered from Bigorexia. Now you tell me, does he remotely look small in your opinion? He clearly had a disease that had to be treated from a psicological standpoint and he payed with his life for the lack of support from his close ones.

Dallas maybe had the bad luck of having a bad heart, he died so young.

I'm sorry, but I can't approve of people that ruin their bodies with extreme steroid/drug abuse. I can only imagine these poor people suffer from a mental illness that drives them into this and sadly there are lots of people that are enabling them.

Rich Piana suffered and Bigorexia so he definitely suffered from mental illness. Dallas McCarver's death had no releation to steroid use. He choked to death on food.

Sorry but I can't be empathetic to people that kill themselves.
