People really need to read basic PR. It was a simple "why would we say no" answer. Just because the answer isn't no - doesn't make it yes. Just means there is zero reason to rule anything out.

Also sounds like XB1 isn't going to get 1.5, 2.5, or 2.8. Again making it very strange to put KH3 on it. That is like starting with the 5th harry potter book.

 

Well they mistranslated what he was actually trying to say and ran with it. 

I think at the time of announcing KH3, ports to the current consoles werent really on the cards. Also I am pretty sure most publishers expected the X1 to be doing a lot better and the PS4 worse than the current market shows. If anything good on SE for not just cancelling it straight out. Kh3 will probably contain a summary of important events so it will be fine.

Well, does it? and teh DQ11 similarity doesnt make any sense since its not similar at all. DQ11 was actually announced for Switch, and since then we have had nothing on it. 

Kh3 isnt announced Switch and wont be anytime soon.

If you remember, Square Enix said they'd consider planning to bring Dragon Quest XI to Switch and then immediately took that statement back in another PR statement...just like this one. We also don't know when Dragon Quest XI is coming so...
