Thank you for let me know,I checked your order also I spoke with manager of our branches he confirmed copy of game has been new and could be unsealed because stores having unsealed games .In this situation you can return it or if you willing keep it I can offer you a partial a refund £3 .
If you willing return it in attachment is free post return label.
