Racing games in general typically aren't super demanding. I think it's safe to expect most of them to be 4K/60 on the One X.

I've seen what native 4k and checkerboard looks like, and while the difference is there (when you're 2 inches from the screen), it's not worth the extra money for the X when framerates are the same.
