I'm going to answer the second question first since it's a shorter answer for me; PS3 will sell more.
As for the first question, it's a harder thing to decipher. 360 has over 20 games it's sharing with a PC release that aren't seeing the light of day on the PS3 this year. Some big titles like Splinter Cell Conviction, Alan Wake, Left 4 Dead, Supreme Commander and many others that really flesh out the 360 line-up even further than it already is. There are also the console exclusives like Gears of War 2, Halo Wars, Banjo-Kazooie 3, Ninja Gaiden II, Fable 2 and Too Human, and you can see this is going to be a hefty year, and surprisingly, a year filled with few exclusive FPSes and more rounded game selection.
The PS3 on the other hand, I don't think I even need to mention how vast the line-up is. Even with the departure of GT5, you still have a monster year ahead, with the possiblity of a new Naughty Dog project rearing it's head this fall.
Overall I think the PS3 will take it for quality, but not by much at all. If even one of these PS3 games ends up a critical flop, I can see the 360 take this year again with quality software.
