It depends on what you want anyway... if by banner you mean one of those skinny animated things then I have no idea how to make animated GIFs so sorry... but if you mean like a sig picture (like mine) then Yes I will do it as long as you tell me vaguely what you want (size, any text etc)

Okay, a square. I want Aang to be at the top airbending, Katara on the right waterbending, Toph on the left earthbending, and Zuko at the bottom firebending. I want the rectangle to have the four symbols of the nation corresponding to each person. And across it, make it slightly transparent, the Avatar: The Last Airbender logo. Also put Appa, Momo, Azula, Firelord Ozai, Iroh, and Sokka around the square.

Actually, put them in the corners of the square, Aang top-left, Katara top-right, Toph bottom-left, Zuko bottom-right. And they have to be in the square.

Erm, first of all I am not making a square because I like peoples sigs to be of reasonable size, so for it to be square it would be rather small (twice the length/height of your mario avatar at the biggest ...say 400 pixels)

second of all I don't watch the show, so I know of Aang (guy with the blue arrow on his head and the flying thing) but not of the other characters.

thirdly I am going off my laptop for a while now... but if you still want me to make it then I will (though you will need to tell me which the other characters are... wait, I just googled them so that's ok)
also it would look better as a long rectangle for a sig, but I think I could compose it similarly to the square version you described.
