To be fair, the Xbox One isn't selling like crack either, which is why I don't think Scorpio isn't going to set the world on fire.

That likely does have a part to play with it.
But I doubt it will ever reach a high sales rate with the base Playstation 4 on the market.
The bulk of consumers tend to gravitate towards lower-end/cheaper products in a product stack, rather than high-end iterations.
