^ First of all you have is the dust problem that reads as a cannot read error that everybody has been getting. Second of all Mario Kart imo is far superior to ssbb. It's not a casual only title, and you need to calm down.

Why do i have the 'dust'-problem when i had the Software-update that's on the disc?!...

 The dust problem is hardware based not software based. They have to clean the lens , since you already voided the warranty, you may have to clean it your self. I recommend trying  another NTSC game that isn't dual layered. If it works then you  have the dust problem , and you must clean it yourself. 

Dude, what part of the 'it updated from the Brawl disc so it can read dual discs' part didn't you get?!...

Mario Kart Wii and Brawl are incomparable. Brawl is far more hyped, contains a lot more content, has practically endless gameplay, and I have no single doubt that it will also be ten times as fun. Mario Kart is a snack. Brawl is a god damn restaurant.

P.S. I'm not calling MKWii 'bad'. I'm calling Brawl 'best game ever'.

Just imagine Sony America giving a late 2008 release date for MGS4 while Europe and Japan gets it on June. And you have to pay double as well. Yes... you're in our place now
