Forums - Gaming - Retro gaming - catridge game comeback

So lately I've discovered a small gaming shop in my local town, the setup being a bit like CEX but with a much greater emphasis on older consoles, specifically cartridge based consoles.

Im not sure if this has been driven by the launch of the NES classic, or the classic was a result of the revival itself but I was amazed that games that were 20 to 30 years old were still going strong, even as a bit of a niche market.

So Im curious, is amyone on this site getting back to some of the old catridge consoles or is this a large craze in the gaming community that has passed me by. If the former what are you getting back into? Whilst I don't have my N64 anymore Ive found Ive rediscovered my childhood urge for Pokemon Snap.

It's been growing in popularity for like the last decade! I started collecting in 2009, when it was starting to get more popular, and it's insane seeing its growth and the massive inflation of prices since then!
