R-Types SCEA E Mild Violence PSP, PlayStation 3

This game seems to have a slightly better chance of appearing sooner rather then later then some of the other PS1 PSN titles recently rated by the ESRB, if only for the fact that SCEA is publishing.

R-Types was a PSOne compilation featuring R-Type and R-Type II. It's not really much to write home about. Both come from the 8-bit era. For the same price you could probably pick up a PS2 version of R-Type Final or Gradius V.
