Microsoft is pulling some serious strings now:

Europe is happy or not (sorry PS3):

Title: Rockband

Release: 22.05.2008

Platform: Only on XBOX 360 (PS2 & and PS3 release is planned for fall)

Prices (not fix):

Rock Band Software - 69,99 €

Rock Band Guitar Wireless - 79,99 €

Rock Band Drum - 89,99 €

Rock Band Bundle (complete) - 169,99 €

I said wow.

Also... a bit more on the matter, apparently the other versions PS2 and PS3 are scheduled for "fall". Fucking ambigious if you ask me. Oh microsoft... :/

If anyone in Europe wants Rock band couldn't they just buy it online since there is no region locking?

or would the peripherals prevent this in some way.

And man.. Microsoft is good at dealing the cheap shots.. aren't they?

oh but since PS3 is getting it later.. most will wait in Europe

Nope. They just havent decided on the date of the PS3 version. In that case it could mean that they will release it simultaneously with the 360 version.

But the way it stands now, we dont know.

That would suck for Wii, PS2, and PS3. If this is true, I guess that means no Rock Band 2 in 08 :( Maybe Rock Band 2 should be one of the top 5 sellers in 09, then.
