I think I was trying to justify that it was correct or something like that ( I didnt get to watch the video, I don't like content of the genre ;/ )

I'm a bit conflicted myself. I'm curious, but I'd prefer to only watch deaths for educational purposes and not for entertainment purposes.

well.. on twitter you will find easy

He'll have fun in jail.

Yeah, jail...that fucker is headed straight to prison without parole.

This is tragic, but it remains that it is not really newsworthy. Over 30 people a day are murdered each day in the US.

Bet with PeH:

I win if Arms sells over 700 000 units worldwide by the end of 2017.

Bet with WagnerPaiva:

I win if Emmanuel Macron wins the french presidential election May 7th 2017.

When it's posted online for the world to see, it kind of is. Jesus christ, the poor old man was just walking down the street minding his own business, and out of nowhere he is shot. Hope the guy is shot in the stomach and bleeds out slowly.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Hope whatever state it was done in is one of those that still has the death penalty.

Ohio still has the death penalty, though personally I oppose killing as a means of punishment.

Good, hopefully he gets it then.

And it's not just about the punishment, it's also about the fact that if they're dead they'll never be able to hurt anyone else again.

Well, I'm pretty sure he'd get life in prison, where he'd probably not be able to hurt anyone anyways.

Not only does the possibility to escape exist, but also the fact he'd then have his life paid for by the taxpayers (including the victims) doesn't seem at all fair.

I don't think you realize this, but life in prison costs less than the death penalty.

I assume that's because of all the bureaucracy and appeals and everything it has to go through? In a case like this where the murderer literally recorded himself doing the murder so there's going to be no doubt over his guilt whatsoever, surely that's got to go through much faster and cheaper?

I doubt it. Apparently right here it says that anyone has the right of an appeal, and if they're getting the death penalty there's no loss in attempting to repeal it:
