It really depends on how well you are with your studies.If you think you you know enough about it(as it seems you do), go to sleep.A well rested mind is more important than a few more hours of something you already have a good grasp on.
If you still think you dont know enough, you still should go to sleep.Pulling an all-nighter is a risky move.It can be risky because, while you will obviously have ore time to sutdy stuff, there is a risk that you simply wont remember bbecause of the fatigue, or you wont be able to connect the dots betwenn the informatrion in your head(and that specially true for tests that require more logic).I have tried it once, and while it helped me pass a exam, I was destroyed during the exam and hanging on on willpower alone(dont like coffee).I will say though, that the sleep after that was wonderful.
All in all, I recommend that you just go to sleep.Better yet, go to sleep now, wake up a little earlier, and do a quick recap.That should be the best solution if you get nervous thinking you dont know enough.
