What the machine is doing for the price, and with all those exclusives, plus all the multiplats? I have a top end gaming rig, and bought a PS4 Slim just for the exclusives. Cant really go wrong with a PS4. The Switch is also something different and is relevant. Xbox is in the very dangerous no man's land, no reason to own an xbox one whatsoever, and that wont change for Scorpio without some complelling exclusives, which apparantly are not coming as all Microsoft games release day and date on PC. |
Yes. I agree mostly. However pcs are prolly still the safer then ps4. My pc was built moderatly priced and still outperforms a ps4...and with markets like steam...you dont have to rebuy games or hope they will be compatible with the next console. I bought skyim season pass day one and its still looks better on my pc then the ps4 pro. If you built a 1000- 1200 doller gaming pc right now...it would prolly play any 1080 game right now and outperform the next ps4 pro iteration or even the next ps5.
Switch could be the goto for mobile gaming but as a console...I think its gonna be ignored overall. (btw you would have to rebuy skyrim all over again for that system)
