I do have a gaming PC but im mostly a console gamer so i will indeed go with PS4 (base one not the PRO), plus the game runs at 60 even on the base PS4 and thats all i really need, only reason i would ever go with PC having a console option would be if the game is a total mess on console, with constant and severe frame drops plus other issues.

You mean he shouldn't claim that the PC release version is WAY cheaper than the PS version, even though you just proved with your post that he payed 15 € less than you for the game? If so, that's some weird logic.
