If you limit it by income, then there is an incentive for those in power to drive income down.

I would actually support something based on intelligence, if there were a 100% objective way to measure intelligence. Unfortunately, there is not and probably never will be.

The OP is too incendiary, suggesting that "stupid" and poor people should not be allowed to vote. This is especially true when the OP's take on intelligence is subjective (restricting evaluation to just IQ). Locking the thread.
