I'm rereading trying to eliminate the least scummiest from the last bracket. Based on type of participation honestly it could be any of them because when you read back on all three of them they have gaps of lurking... randomly disappear for a period of time. OR they are very non-contributable at times.

I never recall playing with Padib before honestly. But I agree with the bolded and because he hasn't posted much. I've been convincing myself that he's laying low because he's town and he's a high profile player. ie trying to stay alive longer by keeping under the radar. But it isn't like town prof to stay this low when so many town died already. He would be in here fighting to gurantee a scum lynch.

He's fallen of my town list.

Can the "vigilante" or person who "day"-killed trucks come forward?

If prof was town he would have asked this question already.

Or what if I'm wrong with my scum clinches... ie what if blade is probably. I'm just thinking out loud. Let's assume Blade IS town based on whether we are questioning Prof's alignment and him sneakingly pushing me for Blade's lynch knowing he's innocent.
That would make the scum something like:

Prof, Darwin, Stefl
OR
Prof, Darwin, Spurge
OR
Prof, Stefl, Spurge
OR
Stefl, Spurge, Darwin

Honestly. These scum lists really fit when you put the names together. Prof is actively lurking indirectly prodding for lynches while making sure he's not the active pusher. Perhaps to keep his hands clean from future suspicion. Stefl is really not contributing anything useful despite the appearance of being active. Darwin hesitated and still hasn't posted ever since I questioned his towniness with his very unusual early day 2 vote. It was very untown like at the break of day to place a vote after 3 town died. It did not occur to him to hold off for better judgement.

Spurge is the least scum out of them in my opinion. He doesn't fit. Darwin, Prof, and Stefl however fit like a glove.
I need to go back and check their interactions.

His participation level is very low, which is a classic scum tell.  He is a very savvy player, though, so I'm surprised that he would be scum and let his participation fall off so drastically.  I liked his case against padib a lot, in fact he was echoing my thoughts very much, but that's a little bit less of a town tell when padib actually turns out innocent.  I'm not blaming him for that, though. 

I'm suspicious of him not for what he's said, but for what he hasn't said, which I gather is similar to your own thoughts.  I like Blade and Darwin as suspects more, though, so as far as lynching goes I would be less favorable to a prof lynch unless some new information comes to light or someone comes forward with a better argument.

To answer the question of how voting padib instead of voting for Hatz's is a smart move, it probably wasn't, to be quite fair, but I wanted to see if he was acting as scummy as I thought originally, and I still think he is, I still think he's flip flopping votes and I still think he's picking easy targets by going after lurkers like prof. That was the only reason. If you all do not think it is sufficient, you can do what you will, but my votes by the end of this Day are going to Hatz, because he's still continually flopping around like a paranoid fish, painting everyone as scum. I'm interested in who he has not painted as scum because that would be another primary target.

You can FoS me, FF, but I think you're 100% incorrect there and should focus on the dude you've been buddy-buddy with all game.

I haven't settled on potential scum team lists. Yours makes sense, at a glance, for a 3 mafia team. Prof could conceivably even be with Blade, and unwilling to defend him, but not wanting to add fuel to the fire in case Blade is able to wriggle out on his own.

Also, if we have a day killer among us, could he have shot prof?
