Looks good Sh1nn. So then what's the deal with Sony playing coy on PSVR sales?

WW shortage for OLED products.  It's affecting more than just psvr.

Is this reason given by Sony themselves?

They just apologised but it's a known fact there's a WW shortage.  Google it.

I wonder if it's like the US over there, where half of them are scalpers. 🙄

If so, don't be surprised. That's just how people are.

It's kind of worse, remember with the PS3 launch in Japan that the first guy ends up being chinese and hired by someone...(apperantly also for selling the ps3 after it).

it's fecking 10 years ago but I remember that Sony guy trying to ask him in Japanese and the guy answering with I don't understand you I am chinese....Was so awkward...

I don't doubt there's an OLED shortage but has Sony ever excused not revealing PSVR sales with this OLED shortage?

Was wondering why it shot up the Amazon charts. If it gets more support i might buy one. I thought the thing was dead lol

Sony have come nowhere close to meeting demand in Japan.  Most in line here would of already bought it if it was regularly in stock since launch.

Sony announced a new shipment for this date,  hence all the people queuing.  They can't even meet demand for the Pro in Japan.  it sells 7-10k every week whether it's a big holiday week or not.  Constantly sold out everywhere.

Great news that there's big demand in Japan for psvr / ps4 pro but bad news Sony can't supply enough.

perhaps they should have sent less stock to Europe and more to Japan. I've never seen the VR sold out here since lanuch.

Revealing sales?  Lol I'm talking about why they can't meet demand.  why you moving the goalposts?

In my European country the local gamestop won't have any until March and their online website is sold out.  Gamestop is the biggest retailer here.  Looks like it's many parts of EU too.

That's suprising, I've noticed that my local has even put a small discount on the VR systems because they aren't selling here.

If it was a little cheaper I would probably buy one but my backlog is waaay too intense to pick up anything else, plus what other games are coming to vr?

I've done no such thing. I've been talking about Sony not giving sales numbers. This was the topic of my original post.

Maybe a little of both. But I'd totally get a PSVR for Resident Evil 7 (But not for more than 900 USD like it's sold down here).

Funny I know where are you from just for the ridiculous pricing of it, lol.

Ta foda...

LOL

At least, it's not the 1200+USD from the PS4 official launch.
