Zombi U is my favourite survival horror game in recent history.

Dying Light appealed to me a ton more than RE7 ever will. Not to mention it actually had zombies in it, both slow, fast and mutated ones to boot.

I wouldn't say it's THE best horror game out of all the ones that have released in the past few years, but it is absolutely fantastic, I finished it yesterday.

For me it easily beats Alien Isolation, Dead Space, Outlast, Siren Blood curse and rivals Silent Hill 2. But I'm playing it in VR which puts the experience on a whole new level. Especially playing it without any aiming reticle, combined with the scarce ammo, puts the tension through the roof. How close do I let them come to be sure to get a good hit.

I'm going to get destroyed here bot ZombiU is the best horror game I've played in years. Haven't tried RE7 yet though..... some one on here was complaining it was boring thougj

RE 7 is fantastic.  I could not be more happy with it.

You knw.. the scariest horror game is the one that you can relate with. Well, Dreadout is the game that does it for me. I was raised listening to those indonesian horror folklore, and now all of my childhood nightmares are right on my screen. FCK KUNTILANAK! FCK PALASIK! Actually FCK EVERY SINGLE ASIAN GHOST!
