Well the dragon one looks like cutscene. Are these games turn based or action rpgs. If turnbased then the bottom ones are most likely cut scenes for battles.

Star Ocean has a real time battle system but some of the mechanics such as party management and seperate battle screens are the same mechanics you would find in the typical turn based Japanese RPG
I'd expect this to be PS3 only because I think Infinite Undiscovery is for 360 only(tri-Ace are working on both of them).
Well let's just wait and see what they come up with.
