EX Street Fighter is the best Street Fighter.

Are you serious? You're the first person I've ever heard say that. It's not a bad series, but I definitely don't see them as the best. That can go either to Alpha series or, in my opinion, 3rd Strike. Here's my list of Street Fighter games.

I do like the EX series, but I wish it was just a bit more polished.

3D fighter and a good list of characters.  and the combos plus the EX super where you can show Earth at background if you complete all 3 EX super / Raging demon.  those were the days. :)

It's a good fighter, but it doesn't do it for me as the best though. Tekken as a 3D brawler takes that realm. Even as a SF title, I don't think EX is the best. I understand if it's the best for you and him though. I just never heard anyone saying that. The Alpha series was phenomenal though.

I remember in tech school back in '01 (school for my military job) I played the crap out of EX. I did love the 3D action with the Earth in the background. I spent a good amount of time doing the challenges. In fact, that was the first fighting I've ever played that introduced the challenges/trials. Also at that time I was a HUGE Project Justice player. I played that game religiously. That and Marvel 2. LOL

skipped SF III to be honest. EX was the game for me, of course, we also played a ton of Tekken 3 with my brothers so it is really awesome. local multiplayer is really fun. Online multiplayer is good, but not with your friends/brothers and elbowing each other or doing something crazy just to get an advantage is really fun.

SF EX favorite characters - I just Ken a lot, getting those different EX to get that background Earth. My brothers would use Akuma most of the time and raging demon. :)

I also like that girl somewhat knows karate or so, who has an evil side as well. will google her name.
