I think the government should have a mandate that prevents companies from having microtransactions in digital software including videogames.
In a perfect competition consumers are assumed to have perfect knowledge of the product they are buying. Many people are surprised to see that when they buy that 60 dollar game it will cost another 50 dollars to unlock the rest of the game.
Another reason microtransactions are BAD is because it takes the enjoyment out of the game for everyone who bought it. This pay to win strategy incorporated by Hillary Clinton results in fewer games sold and higher profits for game companies - not gonna happen any more!
Game companies are taking advantage of us and our politicians have allowed this nonsense to go on for too long.
I am calling for a complete ban on microtransactions!!!
Lets take the money out of activistions/EAs/Ubisofts wallets and back put it back into the gamers wallets! Im fighting for you folks!
