Noctis doesn't cpr anyone.
Conversely you can chose to investigate me, protect ff, np cpr, and I don't investigates anyone.
If we do it the first way, if I get no result on noc, it will mean I was visited.

Spurge shouldn't visit
Blade shouldnt visit
Ff should investigate noc
So the only person who can stop my investigation is
Noc.
So if I get no result, noc is scum.
