I thought it was like an absolute cop:  sees through miller, godfather, etc., presumably also serial killers.  So I could hypothetically see that extending to "no false result at all", including by redirection.  I'm just throwing out hypotheticals, mind you.

This is disappointing. We need to keep our own theory first in check before listening to anyone.

Spurge already raise a valid point and you guys still ignored it.

If he protected hats and all who targeted hats will be redirected to arm. So meaning arm should be still alive if he is telling the truth.

Oh also just confirmed with stefl. The bomb actually didn't go off. I thought it did because he said it would go off but I had nothing to worry about, but when I asked, he said it wasn't triggered.
