I targeted Clyde and the result I got was innocent. Clyde's claim implicates Noctis very heavily.

So Clyde, do you have any theories as to how hatmoza might have been able to identify axumblade as the Mad Bomber?

Ok, so, in my opinion, the only possibilities are:
Clyde, ff, miz, blade, noctis

I'm omni gamer playing timecop.
I'm town psychic.
Spurge is guaranteed town.
Noc I scanned day 2, got innocent which is why I defended him, until I realized the lightning. That's why I was so keen on them claiming.
Night 3 I investigated clyde and got no result, someone visited me.

I currently am not sure what to think.
I don't necessarily trust clyde or ff, but I hve suspected miz. That being said, I've suspected all three, and even noctis.

I'll give more thoughts in the morning.

I think they were both mafia. I believed that Hatz was scum because it was pretty obvious he lied about being roleblocked, or at least it was in my opinion. Having a Lightning Rod and a Roleblocker, while possible, is unlikely.  The only problem I was having was that his information did check out. The flavor I got on Axum made him seem third party, but then Swordfish showed up with a killing role that really wouldn't be anything but third party. Plus there's the matter of how a (mafia) redirector knew his role. Most likely scenario is that Axum was tired of playing and decided to use himself for someone else to bus, this would make sense at the time because we didn't know it was a dark game before the first deaths. 

 

Now there's the issue of another killing role. I figured there would only be one death tonight after Sword flipped. In all honesty though, I'm pretty sure this one is a one-shot considering how many of those we have this game.

Also I'm not sure if I buy your claim of being Cop. It has felt like it's been too safe. You happen to investigate two scum players, both of which you say showed up innocent. Though to be fair, arguments could be made for both of them. With Axum, you say third parties show up innocent in most games(Not going to lie, in every game I've played as a cop/hosted with a cop, they have shown up as guilty especially if they are a serial killer, but I digress) but then there's the issue of how Hatmoza got a hold of his role, and accurately at that. For Hat it's a matter of the Lightning Rod catching all.

Also Noctis' info does check out, but it could be that he plundered arminillo's body after he investigated it. Problem with this is that he also got Linkz' role correctly. Don't know why Town would need a coroner and whatever it is he's called though.

Yeah, that's why I'm thinking that if you are town, Noctis is unlikely to be. He not only overlaps your role but also counters it in that he makes you unable to retrieve the same information he himself obtains. If you're telling the truth at all, this almost has to make him scum in my eyes.

I do get that you don't like my scans, but the targets have all been sound IMO. Axumblade was done on a hunch. I thought he was in the middle of the pack, not a goddamned lurker but not someone super high profile likely to be taken out by scum, and I liked his contributions: someone I would really like to be able to trust, or alternatively a mafia who it would be really valuable to nail. Hatmoza is pretty obvious: it was hard to believe that we'd have two cops in the town, and yet with a dark game it wasn't completely impossible. And as for you, after yesterDay I really needed to have that question answered for me. Doing hatmoza again was a possibility but just rubbed me the wrong way.

I guess I don't really understand what's been "safe" about them, though. If I was fake claiming, why fake claim an innocent scan on the guy the role cop is fingering as serial killer? For that matter, do you think I'm also a serial killer? Two mafia both claiming cop just seems completely insane to me. And as for you -- well, why would I want to bolster your claim? I guess mafia-me would if you and Noctis were both town ... which town-me doubts.

I mean really. A cop fakeclaim into a town that already has a cop claim is safe? Please explain this to me.

Extremely skeptical of prof's claim btw. Only way we can both be telling the truth is if one of us is Naive IMO. It's an even worse situation than with Hatmoza because the roles are almost identical (other than the serial killer identification), whereas with Hatmoza at least there was some difference in the roles, i.e. a town rolecop can't be sure that for example a Roleblocker result is town or mafia.

Keep in mind that prof also claimed to be one shot bulletproof.

That's a problem for another day, though. If the town wants to go there then sure, but I think toDay I'd rather focus on the question "is there any way Clyde and Noctis can possibly both be town?" I am inclined to say no and will be reviewing their posts after I get some sleep. Gut feeling is to pick Clyde over Noctis. We'll see, though.
