I think we may have already had a thread with the GR2 digital foundry, but this is a cool video, and it's interesting to see how they used the Pro.

I assume it's a combination of a lot of physics calculations and not having the budget/resources to pour into making it 60 fps.

errrr........
anyways to OP. This geometric 4k thingy was discussed by cerny with DF some time last year. Its actually the easier (cheaper) method as opposed to using checkerboard rendering.
