I just want the review score. I could honestly care less about the actual review. If there are 100 reviews of a game with a metascore of 85, I'll think of that as a good game. If its a 55, then well maybe I'll be inclined to think its crappy. If its lower than that, it is probably dog shit.



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Reviews are pretty important to me.

There are some games I know I want, and some I know I don't. I know I'm not going to enjoy the next Assassin's Creed, and I know I'm going to buy the next Mario game. But, for games in the gray area, I use reviews.

Take for example a game like Astro Boy for the GBA. I'm not a fan of Astro Boy, so there's no way I would have bought it. But since it got such positive reviews, I checked it out, and I'm glad I did.
