Forums - Gaming - Games that have zero replayability.

Zero replayability is probably too strong but which games would you definitely NOT play again just after finishing (assuming there is such a thing as "finishing" a game)

For me its probably

3D Zelda

3D Mario

GTA campaign

CoD campaign

Kinda strange when 2D Mario and GTA/CoD online are nothing but replayable.

Any 100+rpg/adventure game haha.

300 hours campain + side quest games.
instead of stop playing and then replaying them, i keep playing until im satisfyed, then never again. Is too much time to play all again.

Technically, One Chance has zero replayability, as once you beat the game you can't ever play it again.

I mean, you could clear your browsing data, check cookies and other site plugin data then refresh the page and play it again, but still.

Basically 95% of the games.Unless its a game built on replayability, like beatem ups, I rarely play a game again.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Like beatem-ups. Lol.

Like every game that is an actual game instead of a childish challenge or interactive B-movie.

Unless it's something like Mario Kart or God of War, I'll typically not play it again for quite some time(especially campaign games).

I'll usually never play a game more than twice if it's longer than 60 hours.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

Games that are incredibly short and have nothing left to do once the credits roll like most campaign in first and third person shooters.

Even though I love 3D Zelda, I wouldn't wanna go back and replay them. Once I beat a Zelda game, I go back on Youtube and look up some quests and cutscenes and music. Almost the same thing with 3D Mario and 2D Mario. Any story mode games I don't like replaying.

Any game that the main focus is the story (like visual novels).

It applies the same as like reading a book or a watching a movie twice. You might want to check it again after a few years when you don't remember all the story details, but is not something you will play constantly or often.

And besides, most story driven games are puzzle based, so when you know how to solve the puzzles, the gameplay loses it's charm.
