For me.

I do not represent the market.

But for me, that statement is accurate.

I know you don't, but I was asking a question.

It doesn't matter if it's coming from you though in the end, because PC has exclusives that people like, just like other systems that have theirs.

Yeah, we know - there's also the smaller, lesser know indie games.

I wish you did know, but you don't, because the last few times I've seen you go on about PC, you've mentioned Moba's and MMO's.

And wrong, it isn't all just smaller tiny lesser known games that clearly don't matter (because that's what you're going with).

MOBAs and MMOs are what make the big bucks on PC (mostly in China) - you probably remember a post of mine about that. But can you give me some examples of the games you're thinking of for this year?

No, I'm on about last year, when there was a mention of PC games, and you came in with talk of Mobas and MMO's, then when the last growth reprot was posted, did you talk about only China.

"But can you give me some examples of the games you're thinking of for this year?"

This would be great if it had context.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

LOL, I'm sure mobile has many highly rated exclusives I've never heard of or cared about too.

There may be some cross-pollination of games between PC, home console, handheld console, and mobile, but each branch of gaming has its own feel and fanbase, and they aren't exactly competing with each other.

Same for me. There's just no exclusive from the genres that I play. Show me a game like Uncharted 4's MP on PC. Show me a game like The Last Guardian. Ratchet & Clank.

That works both ways you know?

RTS, TBS, MOBA, MMO, Simulation and more are pretty much non-existent on console.

The best PC exclusives are games console-only gamers would never care about anyway, such as Civilization V or VI, Cities Skylines, Total War franchise, Anno franchise, Europa Universalis franchise etc.

No need to try to convince console-only gamers of PC games on this forum, they'll never care and will always downplay the system. This is VGC after all, one of the worst communities for PC games.

Don't forget Star Citizen, Fortnite, League of Legends, StarCraft, WarCraft, DOTA, Unreal Tournament 4, Dreadnaught, Homeworld, Ashes of Singularity, Sins of a Solar Empire, Divinity 2, Descent... And I can keep going.

And you are entirely correct, VG Chartz is one of the most anti-PC communities I have ever seen, it can be extremely toxic.

Lol, you silly. Indie games aren't games.

With so many backlogs i still yet to play, i dont know if quantity is still a plus for me. And multiplayer games in pc are horrible with those fragmented userbase (teammates pc crashing because specs are below recommended).

Mods are the main reason i play on pc. With mods, any game can turn into a wonderful thing.

Can't forget that Minecraft used to be an indie game that was PC exclusive.

And that turned into a Billion dollar plus, franchise.

Casual games are also not games.

some people just have the need to go out of their way to try to convert others to justify their platform of choice. it shows insecurity.

And the next Steam sale started again! I can't even keep up with checking the deals, let alone play them. If you want to amass a vast library of cheap games you can browse through without being able to decide what to play, PC is the place! 24 items on my wish list, just don't have the time. It's worse than Netflix, browse browse browse, oh fuck it, I'm going to bed.

Those sales are also a great time to feel bad about your past purchases. $5, damn I paid $60 for that and haven't even started playing it yet, probably runs better and loads faster too.
