Konami is just bizarre.

They could have sold millions of copies of something like a new Contra or a new Castlevania with extremely little effort yet they not only appear to basically abandon the gaming market but ALSO don't give a fuck about upsetting their fans for the future? seems like a bad business practice

the weird zombie Metal Gear game is going to bomb by the way, maybe that will be a wake up call for them send out apologies.

For anyone curious, its definitely not a Japanese company thing necessarily either. If you ever watch any of the footage of how people are acting in the Nintendo offices (America OR Japan) you'll see that the employees seem to love working there

whoeever is running Konami must just be the devil disguised 

They don't care.  They'll just stop making games all together and pump out more pachinko machines.  Now, if people stopped buying/playing their pachinko machines they'd be screwed.

It won't be resolved, because you're tossing end numebrs to numbers Konami haven't put out from their end of what they put in, but hey just use the end numebrs and assume it's a fact that they spent pennies into making the game and that Kojima is objectively wise with money 100% of the time, all the time.
