Yeah actually now I think about it, the Mass Effect and Bioshock sequels are both due to hit in 2009. The 360 will also see either Halo 4 or Perfect Dark 2 or both.

Halo 4 wouldn't sell that many 360's (except to fans that couldn't buy the console for 3 due to it's high 2007 price), but Perfect Dark 2 would shift some serious consoles if done right.

They forgot white knight chronicles and wardevil for ps3.

For 360 they forgot huxley.

They seem to be harping on the games from notable developers (or first party offerings). Level-5 (WKS), while they make great games, haven't exactly been notable for big sales. The other two are even more of a wildcard.

I guess but if alan wake can be on the list I think WKS should be too. But to be fair they did not have cry on for the 360 on the list as well, or tales of V, or Infinite undiscovery.

I wonder what side VGchartz are on? I bet it is on the side of Nintendo Wii.

My take is their full of ****, the attachment ratio of the 360 shows that just about everything that comes out sells well over a million.

God of war 3 a system seller but not ninja gaiden 2? What kind of bias is that? Xbox only had 1/5 of the userbase of ps2 and sold about as good as god of war has. Im sure it will sell alot more on 360. Gears of War, Lost Planet, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Dead Rising all sold through alot of copies. You can garantee the sequels will do even more.

Anyways Gamepro is far from a credible and unbiased source.

Did you see their previous xbox 360 vs ps3 article where they said multiplatform ports are superior on ps3 like call of duty 4 because it has dedicated servers? which is bias LOL

GP ****ing blows, the switch sides all the time, first they were pro 360, then pro wii, then pro PS3..yeh they suck.

 Wait, what? Where's your source?

Anyways, all this talk about system seller is also completely relative, one game that would absolutely sell me a 360? KI3 (well if it's well done, if they fuck it up like the did PD, then I'll pass).

The list is starting to look less and less credible.

PS3:

WKS

360:

Infinite Undiscovery

Tales

Cry On

Halo 4/Perfect Dark 2 (possibly both will hit, but I think only one (PD2))

BK3 and NJ2 as system sellers (especially compared to God of War).

Actually KI3 is another one.  Rare hinted at it 3 months ago.

Im quite confident that bungie is going to revisit the marathon series for their next game. Im kind of glad in a way because ive never played marathon but the concept sounds cool. Also bioshock 2 will most likely be multiplatform. Rare has been busy Banjo and have hinted at revisiting old frachises such as killer instinc. Besides, i dont think anyone wants a perfect dark 2 after the atrocity that was perfect dark 0. And no, perfect dark 2, even done right which could not happen because i believe most of the team left to make up what is now the team developing haze, would not sell systems.

One thing we both can agree on is that not is all rosey in sony land. I dont care who you are, the 360 is still stacked. And im a sony fan for crying out loud.

There were very strong rumours that MS paid for 360/PC exclusivity about a month ago.  At this stage there is no reason to think the sequel will hit the PS3 given how Microsoft went after the first game.
