There are always more contributions closer to the shows due to the heavy amount of leaks and rumors about new games.

Oh. Is that his his only information? Maybe the Marvel vs Capcom 4 rumor isn't so credible after all.

He's not the only source of Marvel vs Capcom as far as I know so it doesn't really matter in this instance.
But that's the only thing I've seen from him before, honestly I thought neogaf banned "insiders" when they claimed something false. But I don't keep up to date on things or people in that crowd.

That's true. But he's the only verified, right?
Marvel vs. Capcom 4 might be revealed at PSX, Iron Galaxy allegedly developing
According to verified leaker, OsirisIsBlack, Marvel vs. Capcom 4 is in development though the rumors about it being revealed at PSX after the Capcom Cup finals and it being developed by Iron Galaxy come from other sources.
Whether these other sources are trustworthy remains to be seen but a user called Ryce says: “Just to clarify, I heard that MvC4 will be announced after the Capcom Cup grand finals at PSX, not during the press conference itself.” Capcom Cup finals are played on Saturday, December 3rd at 6 pm PST.
Lastly, the rumor about it being developed by Iron Galaxy stems from a user called “FACE”. If true, this would not be the first time that Iron Galaxy is hired by Capcom to develop a fighting game as the studio has previously developed games like Marvel vs. Capcom Origins and Darkstalkers Resurrection.
Even though the majority of their work has consisted of porting work and technical consulting, Iron Galaxy has expressed a desire to grow by hiring their new CEO, Adam Boyes, who is former VP for third party relations and developer technology group at PlayStation.

I heard from earlier this year from some of the biggest youtubers here that companies were planning to spread more out of E3, so if that's the case, as Sony already have a huge event of its own, starting to put massive announcements there to make the shift is actually a very possible route to be taken. I'm not expecting TLOU 2 to be announced there, until it does happen I'll have have this kind of expectations for the event (well, I'll always have for LoD 2, lol), but boy oh boy, imagine it happening... and I might be missing it this year D: |
That's interesting considering that Sony has attended fewer conferences this year. That almost confirms that we'll have some announcements with E3 potential at PSX and/or The Game Awards. At least one can hope 
Why are you missing the live stream?
I would love Wipeout to come back! My favorite type of games from Sony seem to have disappeared recently.

That's what I'm thinking. And coupled with the tweet below, PSX could be the chance for SIE Japan Studio to finally unleash their potential.

Sony is teasing there will be "a lot" of Japanese game announcements at this year's PlayStation Experience. We'll be there to cover it!

A continuation of the TLOU universe was hinted in the main game so maybe the DLC could give more hints.

Oh so they're going to go full on gritty game of thrones with TLOU2. First one they opened killing a kid, second one they've got to step it up and open with Ellie getting raped then carrying around the resultant pregnancy for the majority of the game.

Basically
At least that's less creepy than the theories about Ellie carrying Joel's child.
The theory about it being Ellie's mother, Anna, is quite intriguing. It being a prequel would also guarantee a better name than "The Last of Us 2".
