Ps4 pro does 1440p while also using other image improvement techiniques for 4k display at performace cost. If scorpio does native 4k, these won't be nescessary, so it will gain perfomace comparable. 6.2TF is enough for native 4k considering similar image fidelity on a console architeture.

Not only that, but the chip will be newers, which translates in better calculations and compression, even tho TF can't measure.
